I won't be updating my weekly training schedule throughout the winter because the schedule cahnges from day to day. But now you can use this template to plan your week. Just modify the schedule to fit what you want to do and when, hit the "Calculate Total Hours" button, and then click the "Send to my email address" and you will have a personal training plan waiting for you in your inbox.
